6. Customs duties and import taxes
Deliveries to Australia For orders to Australia under 1,000 AUD in value, customs duties generally do not apply. As most of our products fall under this threshold, no additional fees are usually charged upon delivery.
Deliveries to the European Union and France Our displayed prices do not include VAT or customs duties applicable upon import. For any order delivered to the European Union or France, customs duties, local taxes, and/or import VAT may apply upon receipt of the parcel, in accordance with the regulations in force in the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are determined by local customs authorities, independent of our control. The customer will be contacted directly by the carrier or the relevant authorities to settle these fees before the parcel is delivered.
In the rare event that customs duties or import taxes are applied by Australian authorities, these fees also remain the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Incorrect address
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the delivery information provided at checkout.
In the event of an address error provided by the customer, we cannot guarantee recovery of the parcel.
